"Without bias, this is our favourite BlackBerry ever - it feels great. The new 9900 has a high quality material feel. The keyboard is the fastest ever and noticeably better than the Bold 9700 / 9780. If you're moving across from the Bold 9700 / 9780 you will notice the extra width though only by a couple of millimetres. The touch screen is a most welcome advancement for the ultimate business smartphone. It works very well, it's accurate and soft to touch and does exactly what you want first time. It's light years ahead of BlackBerry's first touch screen attempt, being the Storm 9500. On another note, BlackBerry OS version 7 is technologically great and a clear jump from OS 6 (and personally we preferred BlackBerry OS 5). So far we've spoken to around 20 customers who took on the new BlackBerry Bold 9900 and the feedback has been as we expected - outstanding! There has been very little negative feedback.

 As for accessories, the old favourites are available; the BlackBerry Bold 9900 Charging Pod and new comer, the BlackBerry Premium Charger will power your BlackBerry in half the normal time.
