The BlackBerry Smartphone does not power up - I have checked the battery and plugged it into a wall socket for more than 20 minutes and nothing occurs

The BlackBerry Smartphone packaging was heavily damaged on arrival - the smartphone itself and or some of the accessories are damaged

The BlackBerry Smartphone does power up but it does not seem to function correctly
